It is definitely a great start. After trying one session, some people go on to purchase more sessions to progressively work on their energy, alleviate anxiety, ease tensions, boost their mood and further enhance their overall quality of life. I find Reiki to be a very hands-on approach to reflection and gratitude too!
I am a Vessel through which the Universal Energy of Reiki flows before it’s channelled through to a client. I don’t heal the client, they heal themselves through opening, accepting and receiving the life force energy. I have practised Reiki professionally, on family and some friends & I also hold a CPD & IPHM Master Level Reiki Accreditation
Yes! We all have a lot on our plates and a little voice in our head and sometimes it gets murky. Reach out to a friend, family member or a colleague and see how that makes you feel and also if they have the emotional capacity to hear you out. If you find that you struggle to voice what you really feel because of a fear of judgement or how it will make them feel, seek another alternative or book a session with me.
Perhaps you are just not ready to hear their opinion (biassed or not). Whatever you do, just know that you are not alone so seek the help that suits your current situation. These sessions can go side by side with your therapy sessions and/or serve as the gateway wellbeing addition to and after therapy or counselling.
